Mr. Keith Matthews

Keith Matthews is the founder and CEO of M Institute LLC, a veteran-owned procurement and supply company headquartered in Plano, Texas. An electrical engineering graduate of Florida A&M University and a military veteran, he launched the firm in 2019 and has grown it into a dependable partner for federal, state, local, and education agencies nationwide, supplying IT hardware, office furniture, laboratory instruments, and janitorial supplies. M Institute is certified as a Texas Veteran-Owned Business, an MBE through the DFW Minority Supplier Development Council, and SBE Plus through the DFW Business Council, and holds Maryland Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise, Certified Small Business, and Veteran Verification certifications.
