About Us
Cascadia Pizza Co. brings artisan wood-fired pizza and genuine hospitality to communities across North Dallas. Our mobile wood-fired kitchen serves corporate events, weddings, private parties, schools, HOAs, community events, festivals and celebrations throughout the DFW area. We also offer full-service catering with freshly prepared pizzas, salads, appetizers, sides and beverages.
Our pizzas feature our signature 72-hour naturally fermented dough, premium ingredients and are cooked fresh in our imported Italian wood-fired oven.
Cascadia is also expanding in North Texas with our first brick-and-mortar pizzeria opening soon in Frisco at Stonebrook Parkway & Teel Parkway. We look forward to building relationships with Plano businesses and organizations for corporate catering, employee events, community partnerships and special occasions.
